Monthly Women’s Online Gathering Circle

The vision for my newest program is growth, inspiration and connection with like minded women.

To build a community, a sangha, with women from all over the world; to enjoy the teachings and practices of yoga, ayurveda, and deep dharma discussions and enhance our life and wellbeing; to remember the feminine super powers of intuition and emotion.

We are amazing humans and we have so much to share. Selfishly I grow tremendously from being in the presence of other women, and I think if I do maybe you do too! 

Our Spring Session will be February 18, March 17, and April 21, 2024 when we explore the idea of manifesting using the energy of spring.

Wise Women’s Wellness Retreat - Spring 2024

Chris Lean and I are collaborating on this retreat at our spiritual home - The Himalayan Institute in the Poconos Mountain in Pennsylvania, April 7-11, 2024.

We couldn’t be more excited to bring 15 wonderful women to share in this unique and very special retreat. If you are searching for an experience of daily yoga practices in the light filled yoga space, meditation in the beautiful new meditation hall, nourishing your body and soul with lovingly prepared meals, breathing the fresh mountain air, walking the trails on the 400 acre property, and even scheduling a massage or ayurvedic treatment in the wellness center, then you need to check out the information below!

ONLINE YOGA is the choice for women who want a convenient way to practice yoga in their own home and time. You get the same great teachings and attention as in a classroom.

Yin Yoga - Monday 8am MT is a quiet style of yoga done on the floor to calm the nervous system and release tension in the body/mind. $15.00

Fascia Flossing Flow - Friday 8am MT is a floor based yoga practice that “flosses” over joints and connective tissue (fascia) to create ease and suppleness in the body. $15.00

Shakti Flow - Saturday 8am MT combines yoga, strength training, balance, and mobility. Light hand weights optional. $15.00

IN PERSON YOGA in Eldorado NM is for women who want to connect and benefit from an in person experience. This is a hatha style slow flow class appropriate for all levels. It includes somatic movement and fascia flossing for a deeper experience during the asana practice. Tuesday & Thursday 10-11:15am MT $15.00
