61 Point Meditation
61 Points is a beautifully lead meditation along the 61 energetic (Marma) points in the body. It’s lovely to do when you need a break, during an evening routine, or any time you need a few moments quiet and alone. I love this practice as it connects our mind and body and breath to calm the nervous system and bring us to our natural state of balance. Give it a try I think you’ll love it as much as I do!
