Workshop Series at Eldorado, New Mexico

No there won’t be any fancy party tricks! But I do have a few tricks up my sleeve and there will be lots of education, exploring, and understanding about our bodies and how to live a vibrant healthy life!

These new 2 hour intensives or workshops are designed to bring depth to a specific topic. This time allows us to explore, go deeper, and experience more than a regular weekly yoga class.

There will be lots of time for questions and personal attention. Come join me and see for yourself! Each workshop is on the first Wednesday of each month from 10-12pm.

December 4, 2024 - Yoga for Stress & Better Sleep $25.00

This topic is vital right now with our recent election and upcoming holidays. Everyone I talked to are stressed out, don’t sleep well or both. This workshop will include a short talk, yoga postures, breathwork, and a meditation called yoga nidra. You’ll leave with tools you can use at home to incorporate into your daily or nightly routine. February 5, 2025 - Yoga for Healthy Aging & Strong Bones $25.00

This first workshop of 2025 will kick off the new year with poses and practices we can do on a daily basis to feel healthy, strong, and vital. March 5, 2025 - Yoga for Happy Healthy Hips $25.00

Do your hips hurt or do you feel weak or limited in your range of motion? Having healthy hips allows us to have freedom and strength for all the things we need and love to do. It is not normal to have achy or painful hip joints! Join me to find out why activating the muscle and tissue gives us greater ease and range of motion which is vital for long term health!

April 2, 2025 - Yoga for Strong and Supple Shoulders $25.00

Like the healthy hips workshop, having strong and mobile shoulders is vital for daily function and ease! I personally went through frozen shoulder years ago and found my way to healing with understanding that the shoulder needs lots of stability in order to function well! This workshop will help you understand the anatomy of the shoulder and learn poses / exercises to support this very important structure of the body.

May 7, 2025 - Yoga for Aligning the Spine $25.00

As humans, most of us have spinal issues. Anything from a “tight back”, or a back that “goes out” or a diagnosed condition like scoliosis or disc disease or compression. During this 2 hour experience we will explore the entire spine, how it functions, and understanding the difference between strength and stretching the spine! You’ll leave with actions you can do at home for a healthy vital spine.
