The NEW Women’s Gathering
A sacred space for wise women to embrace the magic, power, and possibility of midlife and beyond.
This day-long women’s gathering is a heartfelt throwback to the ones I used to host back in my Maryland days—only now with a fresh twist and a gorgeous new setting!
The idea is simple: bring women together, share some laughs, move our bodies, connect deeply, and remember just how wise and wonderful we already are. Whether you’re 25 or 85, this day is about finding a little more harmony and balance in your body, mind, and heart.
We’ll enjoy sharing time in circle, inspired dharma talk about transition times of life, gentle yoga and movement, meaningful conversations, and a delicious, healthy lunch cooked up by our onsite chef (because we all deserve to be nourished!). Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, reconnected, and totally recharged.

ONLINE YOGA is the choice for women who want a convenient way to practice yoga in their own home. You get the same great teachings and attention as in a classroom.
Yin Yoga - Monday 8am MT is a quiet style of yoga done on the floor to calm the nervous system and release tension in the body/mind. $15.00
Shakti Flow - Saturday 8am MT combines yoga, strength training, balance, and mobility. Light hand weights optional. $15.00
IN PERSON YOGA held in Eldorado NM is for those who want to connect and benefit from an in person experience.
Hatha Slow Flow - Tuesday & Thursday 10-11:15am MT. This class appropriate for all levels. $15.00
Yin Yoga - Friday 10-11:15am MT. This class helps to decrease pain and stiffness, increase mobility and movement, and unwind body/mind. All poses done on the floor and appropriate for all levels. $15.00
